The new large-capacity emergency ambulance of Stuttgart’s fire brigade, based on an urban bus of the Mercedes-Benz Citaro series, will assist the civil protection and fire-fighting forces of Baden-Württemberg’s state capital in future in handling occurrences of mass injuries and illnesses.
All the experience of Stuttgart’s experts in fire-fighting and rescue service has gone into this 12 m long, 2.55 m wide two-axle bus. The result is more than just a conveyance for up to 15 injured persons. |
