You are automatically eligible for Mercedes-Benz Mobilo breakdown cover and roadside assistance for four years from first registration, if your vehicle was registered on or after 1 April 2008.

Your technical breakdown cover can be retained from the fifth year, for up to a maximum of 30 years, on completion of each scheduled maintenance service, providing that this service is carried out by a Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop.

This means, when your vehicle enters its fifth year, your scheduled servicing must be up to date in order to maintain Mercedes-Benz Mobilo. Cover will not be valid if your scheduled service is overdue at the time when you require Mercedes-Benz Mobilo services. However, your cover will be re-instated by completion of this service and will be retained until the next service is due.

If you are the owner of a previously-owned Mercedes-Benz you may still be entitled to Mercedes-Benz Mobilo coverage, providing our terms and conditions have been met.
