1. The offer from Mercedes-Benz is ‘contribution’ or ‘activity’ and applies when a new Mercedes-Benz passenger car is delivered by a franchised Mercedes-Benz Retailer based in the UK.

2. Offers are separate and cannot be combined.

3. The offer is available to members of the Law Society of Scotland only.

4. Members of the Law Society of Scotland may purchase a maximum of two cars unless otherwise agreed with Mercedes-Benz UK.

5. The offer is available until 31 March 2011.

6. Where applicable the contribution offer is deducted off the invoice price of the car.

7. The contribution offer applies to the car and factory fitted options

8. The discount is not a contractual right; the offer is made at the discretion of Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd.
