To change your details, please contact our Customer Services team at the contact email, address or phone number below. For your security, we cannot offer an online service for this.

You need to let us know at least ten days in advance of your next payment date so that we have enough time to change your bank details. This will help you avoid penalty charges from your bank.

Please note, we can only accept bank account details in your name, or someone associated with you, or a person who has previously completed our 3rd party mandate.
