You have chosen to include Road Fund Licence over the full term of your agreement, therefore Mercedes-Benz will purchase and renew the road fund licence for the specified vehicle for each year or part thereof that your agreement runs for.

In the event that the road fund licence cost increases or decreases when due for renewal, you will be responsible for the increased amount. Where there is an increase or decrease in the amount payable from when the vehicle was first registered, MBFS reserve the right to increase or decrease the amount payable
accordingly and we shall revise the direct debit payments that you make to reflect such changes. Any such increase or decrease in road fund licence shall be applied to your agreement from the date such changes come into force and effect (i.e. not necessarily the date of your vehicle’s road fund licence renewal). Your rental shall be adjusted by the total increase or decrease in road fund licence required to be renewed over the remaining unexpired period of the agreement divided by the number of months remaining.

Each year on the anniversary of your contract start date, you'll receive a VAT certificate. You can use this for your own accounting purposes, and, where applicable, to claim back an element of VAT.
