The new SL 63 AMG combines an agile AMG V8 engine with a new AMG Speedshift MCT 7-speed sports transmission for a truly exhilarating drive. With an awesome 525 hp (386 kW) and 630 Nm of torque, the SL 63 AMG is one of the highest-performing sports cars the roadster segment has to offer.

A new AMG drive unit allows central control of all driving functions while 3-stage ESP (ON / SPORT / OFF), AMG Sports Suspension and AMG high-performance braking system with composite front discs add to an already exceptional driving experience.

The gearshift paddles, located on the rear of the AMG steering wheel spokes, allow for smooth and accessible gear changing. The AMG Speedshift program operates an automatic downshift function to boost the engine´s braking effect, and ensures you´re in the right gear at all times. This feature comes into its own on tight corners and sharp bends.

A unique, sporty look distinguishes the SL AMG range – and has been enhanced on the latest models. New AMG bodystyling and features such as an AMG bonnet with its own design contours, AMG spoiler lip and new 19-inch AMG light-alloy wheels in a new 5-triple-spoke design add to an already commanding presence. Exterior styling incorporates both front and rear aprons and side skirts, while the interior is luxurious and elegant.
