Driving along listening to your favourite tunes is one of life’s great pleasures. That’s why we’ve paid so much attention to the quality and choice of audio entertainment available in the new C-Class Saloon.

For example, the optional COMAND system includes a 4GB Music Register, an innovative feature that allows you to build up a library of songs on the system’s hard disk. Simply transfer the songs from your CD or DVD collection or use the integrated PCMCIA slot to access MP3 files from a range of memory cards. You can store up to 1000 tunes and automatically access the names of many tracks via the Gracenote® database.

As standard, the new C-Class Saloon also features an aux-in socket in the glove compartment so you can plug your iPod (or other MP3 player) into the car’s audio system to play out through the speakers. Optional extras include a DAB digital radio tuner and an exquisite Harman/Kardon® LOGIC7® surround sound system.
