When SplitView is activated, innovative pixel technology enables the COMAND multimedia display to show different images simultaneously, depending on the viewer’s seating position. So the driver can view navigation instructions while the passenger watches a DVD and listens to sound via the wireless headphones.

To make absolutely sure the driver isn’t distracted, the SplitView screen cannot be swivelled – unlike the standard COMAND display.

SplitView is part of the Front Seat Entertainment Package, which is standard on the CL 65 AMG and optional on all other models.
