The CL-Class is fitted with the latest generation three-point seatbelts – in all the seats. All have high performance belt tensioners and force limiters which automatically take up slack on detection of a collision, then yield to prevent excessive pressure. They also feature an electrically-controlled belt-in-use detection system and a belt comfort-fit function.

Housed inside the front and rear seats, they supply equal measures of safety for everyone inside the car.
