The ideal cabin temperature comes as standard on the new CL-Class Coupé. Controlled by a panel on the dashboard or by the COMAND system, this high-performance climate control system allows a different temperature to be set for each front seat.

Automatic climate control lets the driver and front passenger individually adjust the preferred temperature with a digital display. It takes into account outside temperature, humidity as well as the intensity and the direction of the sun´s rays. In addition, a dust filter and an activated charcoal filter protects against pollutants whilst the ventilation flaps close when the outside air quality is poor.

The new ventilation modes – diffuse, medium and concentrated – are particularly effective if there is a significant difference between inside and outside temperatures, and there’s also the ability to independently control the temperature of the driver and front passenger foot wells.
