The E-Class Coupé offers a choice of three BlueEFFICIENCY diesel engines, combining exceptional driving dynamics with low fuel consumption and emissions.

The E 220 CDI is a 4-cylinder unit featuring 4th generation common-rail technology and two-stage turbocharging. This ensures optimum efficiency and response both at low and high speeds, with the manual achieving 53.3 mpg (combined). CO2 emissions are as low as 139 g/km.

Similarly, the E 250 CDI manual emits just 143 g/km CO2 and clocks up 52.3 mpg (combined) yet does 0 – 62 mph in only 7.4 seconds.

Automatic versions of both these engines have also seen reductions in CO2 – for example, the Sport model now emits just 158 g/km (previously 168 g/km).

For drivers who require even more power, the E-Class Coupé also offers a formidable V6 unit – the E 350 CDI – that delivers 540 Nm of rated torque. Yet despite powering the coupé from 0 – 62 mph in 6.7 seconds, the automatic still achieves 41.5 mpg combined, with CO2 emissions of 179 g/km.
