Audio 50 incorporates indispensable Audio 20 features such as Bluetooth® connectivity and a multi-tuner FM radio, along with a CD / DVD player and detailed navigation system.

The visible heart of the unit is a 5" TFT colour monitor. In navigation mode, the screen displays arrow-based information to guide your journey. It also includes a convenient junction-zoom feature.

An additional feature is Traffic Message Channel, a dynamic route guidance system that works in the UK and Europe to direct you around traffic situations using live traffic information transmitted via radio.

Navigation around European countries is powered from the unit’s DVD drive, which can also be used to play audio CDs and MP3 DVDs when not in use with the navigation system.

The inclusive Media Interface, located in the glove compartment, allows you to connect your personal media devices such as MP3 players and external hard drives to the car’s head unit. Volume and track selection can then be controlled from the keypad or multi-function steering wheel, while artist and album information is displayed on the screen.
