When you run out of road, simply press the standard off-road switch, and all of the electronic systems on board are primed for off-road driving and extra traction. If one of the wheels loses grip, the 4ESP®/4ETS system divides the power amongst the other wheels.

For more serious adventures, the optional Off-Road Pro Package includes a range of features to optimise traction and maximise torque. This package includes two-stage low range ratio gears, centre and rear differential locks and extended ground clearance adjustment range. If the COMAND system is ordered additional functionality includes an electronic compass, altimeter and steering angle schematic.
