Optional multi-contour seats for the driver¹, contour front¹ and rear² seats allow the seat contour to be optimised by means of independently adjustable air chambers. This creates a bespoke, personally contoured seating position and provides optimum lumbar support. Adjustments are made via the COMAND controller with a high-quality graphical representation on the COMAND display.

Multi-contour seats are also integrated in the Pre-Safe® positioning system, automatically returning to an upright position and inflating the air bolsters if an accident risk is detected.
