You will be asked to provide information including:
• Personal details, location and contact details
• Vehicle mileage, model and registration number
• Vehicle symptoms or fault description.

This will help our Customer Assistance Centre decide whether the vehicle can be safely driven to the nearest Mercedes-Benz Retailer, needs to be booked in for a workshop repair at a later date, or requires roadside assistance.
