The following circumstances are not covered by the Mercedes-Benz Mobilo cover.
• Damage occurring due to inadequate care or environmental influences on the vehicle.
• Damage from intentional or negligent conduct on the part of the vehicle owner or driver.
• Problems occurring as a result of a violation of valid laws. This applies in particular if the vehicle is driven by an unauthorised person or if more passengers are carried than is legal.
• Damage resulting from alterations to the vehicle or the installation of parts not approved by Daimler AG.
• Problems arising from repairs performed in a way not compliant with the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Damage resulting from participation in motor sport competitions, military exercises, disaster relief work and similar activities and events.
• Acts of war, internal unrest, earthquakes or force majeure of any other kind.
• If repair recommendations given by a Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop in the course of an inspection have not been followed.
• If defects of which the purchaser was aware were not immediately rectified at a specialised workshop according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
