Mercedes-Benz Mobilo is valid initially for the first four years from first registration, against vehicles registered on or after 1 April 2008.

Cover can be retained from the fifth year as follows:

Your technical breakdown cover can be retained from the fifth year, for up to a maximum of 30 years, on completion of each scheduled maintenance service, providing that this service is carried out by a Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop.

This means, when your vehicle enters its fifth year, your scheduled servicing must be up to date in order to maintain Mercedes-Benz Mobilo. Cover will not be valid if your scheduled service is overdue at the time where Mercedes-Benz Mobilo services are required by you. However, your cover will be re-instated by completion of this service and will be retained until the next service is due.

This cover can also be retained from the fifth year. Your Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop will provide details of how to renew this cover once your initial four year term has expired.

If you are the owner of a previously owned Mercedes-Benz you may still be entitled to benefit from Mercedes-Benz Mobilo. This is providing the terms and conditions have been adhered to.
