Mercedes-Benz has underscored its commitment to environmental sustainability by supporting a major expedition. Award-winning adventurer Mike Horn sets sail in October 2008 on the PANGAEA sail boat, with a mission to encourage conservation of the world’s natural resources. 144 young people will accompany Horn on his quest, with the boat travelling to the North and South Poles, as well as to five continents.
