Every person who is resident in the UK will have the opportunity to enter a free prize draw (the “Draw”). Other free prize draws may be run by other members of the Daimler AG group for residents of other territories. Each entrant will be entered into the Draw to win 2 tickets to the premiere of The Expendables 2 at The Empire, London from 18.00 on Monday 13 August 2012 (the “Prize”). The following terms and conditions apply to the Draw:

The Promoter is Mercedes-Benz UK Limited, Delaware Drive, Tongwell, Milton Keynes, MK15 8BA (the “Promoter”).

1. To enter into the Draw for the Prizes you must submit by email to smartuk@daimler.com your full name, email address and contact phone number. All entrants who have correctly completed their details will be entered into the Draw.

2. The Draw will be open for entry between 8 August 2012 18.00 (“Start Date”) and 10 August 2012 17.00 (“Closing date”), and everyone who correctly submits their details during this period shall enter the Draw.

3. Any entries received either before the Start Date and/or after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Draw.

4. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random after the Closing Date. The selection of the winner will be conducted by the Promoter using an independent random number generator, and the selection will be final.

5. Once the winner has been selected, they will be notified by phone by the Promoter after closure of the Draw on 10 August 2012, and arrangements will be made for them to receive/claim their Prize. There is no cash alternative available. The tickets will be provided to the winner at the premiere on 13 August 2012.

6. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified, but will be entitled to request details of the winner by writing to the Promoter at smartuk@daimler.com or at the registered office as shown above.

7. Any entrant and/or participant who has provided false or misleading information and/or has breached these terms and conditions will be immediately disqualified from this Draw.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold any Prize under these terms and conditions if they have been breached. In the event of breach, the draw will be re-opened.

9. No purchase is necessary.

10. There is a limit of 1 entry per person. Entrants will apply for a prize of 2 tickets, 1 ticket for the winner and 1 for a guest. Each ticket will entitle the holder to access to the premiere of The Expendables 2 at The Empire, London from 18.00 on Monday 13th August 2012. 3 pairs of tickets will be made available as prizes.

11. The Draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees of Mercedes-Benz UK and their relatives, and any employees of any of Group Company of Daimler AG of Stuttgart.

12. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.

13. Entry into the draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

14. The winner agrees to use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the Draw.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Draw at any time without notice.

16. The Competition shall be governed and construed and have effect in all respects in accordance with English Law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of or in connection with it.
