Manual yes, but conventional manual - no.
Why? Because with this Telligent® gearbox, the driver’s hand merely has to push forward / pull back the gearshift paddle lever to pre-select the next ratio, then depress the clutch pedal to smoothly effect the change.

Mounted on a fold-up arm next to the driver’s seat, the paddle lever travels only a couple of centimetres forwards or backwards. So there’s no searching for the right gearlever position, no flicking conventional range change or splitter switches, and no fancy footwork to make it all mesh together.
Particularly ideal in off-road tipper and construction applications where road surfaces can be uneven and gradients severe, the Telligent® manual gearbox reassures the driver with full gearshifting control - but effortlessly. |
