By regulating the shock absorbers electronically, damping characteristics can be adapted constantly to reflect the current driving situation, vehicle load and the condition of the road surface. In short, instead of the shock absorbers having a fixed setting, damping characteristics are flexible. This leads to added comfort and safety, as well as cushioning the load during transit. |
