The Service Package is only available:
■ on Sprinter models up to and including 3.5t GVW
■ to retail customers (i.e. customers with 24 vehicles or less)
■ to new Sprinter sales registered in the UK by participating dealers
All routine maintenance is covered as recommended by DCUK in the relevant service schedule up to 5 years or 60,000 miles whichever is sooner.
The Service Package contract is fully transferable to a new owner, not between vehicles. In these circumstances no refund against the initial contract is obtainable.
The following are excluded from the Service Package:
■ All repairs
■ Accident damage
■ Damage resulting from abuse
■ Tyres
■ Glass (windscreens, mirrors, light lenses etc.)
■ 24-hour roadside assistance and recovery
■ Tachograph calibration or sealing
■ Daily maintenace checks and topping up
■ Repairs under warranty
■ Legislative modifications
Service Package can be extended to cover additional mileage and also additional items such as friction materials. Please contact your local dealer for further information.
